PrimeKit Labs Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and PrimeKit Labs LLC (“PrimeKit Labs”, “we”, “us”). They apply to primekitlabs.com and to our apps, including Free PDF Editor and SqlKit Studio. By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps, for personal or business purposes, under these Terms. Free PDF Editor is free of charge. You may not sell, rent or redistribute our apps, or reverse engineer them except where the law allows it.
Your files
Files and data you work on with our apps stay on your computer and remain yours. We do not receive them and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to edit the files you open.
Acceptable use
Don’t use our apps or website to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with our services or anyone else’s systems.
Updates
Our apps may check for and install updates to fix problems and add features. Free PDF Editor’s updates are signed and verified before they are installed.
Third-party components
Our apps include open-source components, such as PDFium, that are licensed under their own terms. Those licenses are included with each app.
Paid features
If we offer paid products or features, prices and any refund terms will be shown before you buy.
Our property
Our apps, website, names and logos belong to PrimeKit Labs LLC. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks.
No warranty
OUR APPS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Please keep backups of important files.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMEKIT LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may end your license if you break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PrimeKit Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we change these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our apps or website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
