This policy explains how PrimeKit Labs LLC (“PrimeKit Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles information on primekitlabs.com and in our apps, Free PDF Editor and SqlKit Studio.

The short version: our apps run on your computer and your files stay there. This website has no cookies, analytics or ads. We do not sell or share your personal information.

This website

primekitlabs.com uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or JavaScript. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Free PDF Editor

• Your PDFs are opened and saved on your computer and are never sent to us.
• There is no account, advertising, analytics or crash reporting.
• The app makes one kind of network request: it checks GitHub Releases for a new version. GitHub sees your IP address, as it would for any download.
• If you report a bug through GitHub, your report is public. Please don’t attach files that contain private information.

SqlKit Studio

SqlKit Studio is not yet released. It is designed to connect directly from your computer to the databases you choose, and we will update this section with its details before release.

When you email us

If you write to contact@primekitlabs.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and keep them only as long as needed for that.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
• We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
• We do not use your files or data to train machine-learning models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run our services: Cloudflare (website hosting), GitHub (app downloads and updates) and our email provider. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to access, correct or delete it. To make a request, email contact@primekitlabs.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security and location

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. PrimeKit Labs is based in the United States, and information we receive is processed in the United States.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on this website.
